From Wednesday 6th June, North East Yoga & Pilates will deliver the following weekly sessions: Restorative Yoga - Tuesday, 1.30 - 2.30pm Treat your body to an afternoon session of 'Restorative Yoga'.. A selective blend of yoga techniques will leave you deeply relaxed, and help release tension, stress and tighness in your muscles. You will leave feeling uplifted and restored in body and mind. Pilates - Wednesday, 1.00 - 2.00pm Pilates is a challenging, engaging workout which can help you to transform your body, developing strength, flexibility, muscle tone and flat abs. You will also benefit from improved concentration, co-ordination and posture, and leave each session with a sense of achievment. Both of the above sessions cost just £3 and are delivered at: Richard Avenue Primary School, Hurstwood Road, Sunderland, SR4 7LQ When taking part in Yoga and Pilates sessions, participants should wear clothing which enables you to move freely. You may wear socks, or take part in bare foot. Floor mats are available to rent for just 50p and are available on a first come first served basis. When taking part in Yoga, you may wish to bring your own blocks and straps as these are not provided.
