Duresta have a reputation for quality handmade sofas and this is reflected in their normal retail price; you wont find this furniture in just any old retail-park megastore. The sofa and armchairs are very comfortable and solidly built, the seating and back cushions are zipped so that the covers can be removed and sent to the dry cleaners, the upholstery is soft but hard-wearing and the seams are properly finished so they wont fall apart. I have included a picture from the brochure so you can see more technical details regarding the construction. What I am selling is a Duresta Hogarth 3 seater sofa and 2 Hogarth armchairs, all in very good to excellent condition and this is a good opportunity for you to get a nice Duresta suite at an absolute bargain price. One owner from new in a pet-free, non-smoking home. Sofa, approximate dimensions: width 91" (232cm) depth 38" (97cm) height 30.5" (77cm) on back or 34" (86cm) with back cushions added DO PLEASE NOTE THAT THE SOFA IS LARGE AND YOU WILL NEED TO CHECK THAT IT CAN BE DELIVERED INTO YOUR HOUSE Armchair, approximate dimensions: width 41" (104cm) depth 36.5" (92cm) height 30.5" (77cm) on back or 34" (86cm) with back cushions added The sofa and the armchairs arms have always been protected with slip-on arm protectors and the upholstery was treated with "stainsafe" so generally it still looks in great condition. The arm protectors could do with dry cleaning or you can simply not use them, throw them out if you like. I am also including a selection of throw cushions as a freebie. I would recommend you visit and view the items before purchasing, the photos are not so good being that I only have the camera on my mobile phone. AND REMEMBER you need to check that the sofa can be delivered into your home. COLLECTION/DELIVERY OF ITEMS Collection from Sunderland in the North East, close to the junction of the A19 and the A690. Local delivery can be arranged for the area covering Durham-Washington-Sunderland-Seaham at an extra cost of around £30-£40. I also have a number for a man with van who will deliver anywhere in the country, you will need to contact him for a price quote and do please note that you will need to help him carry the items at your end. I did use him to deliver a sofabed 40 miles away and it cost £45 (half load), this delivery will be classified as a full load in his van. Alternatively you can arrange your own collection/delivery as there are plenty of 'Man & Van services' available on Greatbritainlisted and other sites if you search. If you need to arrange for a company to collect/deliver then keep me informed, but note that it is your responsibility to ensure an item doesn't get damaged or disappear in transit, I can't wrap-up very big items.
